Terms & Conditions

1. Certificate Eligibility

Interns will only be issued a certificate if:

• The submission is made with the real GitHub repository under the intern’s personal name.
• Payment is completed under the intern’s specific personal name (or another valid name) and proof of payment is uploaded in the submission form.
• The project is submitted within the specified duration (15 days or 28 days, depending on the program).

2. Late Submissions

We understand delays may happen. For late submissions:

• Certificates will still be issued to late submissions, but these will be clearly marked as "Late Submission".
• No fines or penalties will be charged for late submissions.
• Interns are strongly encouraged to complete their tasks within the specified timeframe.

3. Refund Policy

Arithmatrix maintains a strict No Refund Policy.

• Refunds cannot be requested once the certificate has been processed and issued.

4. Internship Participation Limits

Each intern is allowed to participate in a maximum of two internships per month. Participation in fewer than one internship or exceeding the two-internship limit is not permitted.

5. General Conditions

• Arithmatrix reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All projects must be original work completed by the intern. Plagiarism or fraudulent submissions will result in disqualification without certification.
• By applying to our internships, you agree to respect the timelines, rules, and ethical practices of Arithmatrix.
